Public comment opens on July 12, 2024 and runs through 5 p.m. on August 12, 2024. Send comments in writing to ra-li-bwda-policy@pa.gov.

This policy, associated guide, fillable templates, and other supporting documents are based largely on the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Sections 106, 107, and 108 and their respective regulations, and provide information regarding the preparation, development, submission, and approval of the WIOA regional and local area plans, and subsequent review and modification.
